Pending data is usually used to check if a user has informed that a comment has been showing as pending for a long time in job details page. In such cases, support team will require user to take screenshot of the pending data so the team can check on it. (As shown below)
*Note: The following step done is done by user in Mobile App.
On the Caction mobile app, go to the “Dashboard” page.
Press on the profile icon.
Press on the “Pending Data”.
Pending data will be displayed here. Ensure your internet connection is stable, and the attachment will be uploaded as soon as possible.
If the comment has been showing as pending for a long time on the job details page, you can take a screenshot of the pending data page and send it to your admin so they can check on it.
Check on any pending upload item(s) by each of your user. If you receive a message saying “Unable to Retrieve Results”, it could mean the following reason(s):
i. Selected user has an unstable connection and system is unable to connect to their device.
ii. Selected user did not have the app running in the background.
iii. Selected user had swiped off the app.
At the desktop site’s Main Navigation, go to User Management > Check Pending Update.

*Note: You must have access to User Management menu to perform this action. Please request permission or help from your admin if you do not have access to the menu.
Click on the refresh button for the user with pending upload.
This prompt will send the notification to the user’s phone.
Remind the user to press the “Pending Update Check” in their phone.
After the user press the prompt from previous step, their app will either show one of the result as pictures below.

In the desktop admin’s view, either one of the results shown in the pictures below will appear.

*Note: If the user has pending data, these will be updated automatically. Please advise the user to perform this action when their network is stable.
Poor Internet Connection:
Check if your internet connection is stable.
If it’s unstable, try switching to a more reliable network, such as a mobile hotspot or a different Wi-Fi network.
Test your internet speed.
Page Not Refreshed:
Updates are stuck in pending upload:
*Note: Should the issue be updates being stuck on pending upload, DO NOT relog from the system as your pending update data will be lost.
