The Digital Form Template Settings page enables users to configure and manage digital form templates comprehensively, providing flexibility and control over various business processes.

*Note: You must have access to Template Settings menu to perform this action. Please request permission or help from your admin if you do not have access to the menu.
Navigate to the section by clicking it.
“Template Info” allows users to define and configure the basic attributes of the digital form template.

“Details Variable Settings” is used to show six details of the digital form in the card view.

For example, Quotation form will be shown as below.
To replace the Detail Variable with other fields, click “Open Setting”.
Select between the different field elements available under the Default and Custom tab to be shown on the Detail Variable.
Drag the field element to the left box to replace the original Detail Variable.
Replace the Detail Variable following the sequence.
The result will be shown as below.
“Report Form Settings” allows users to customize the appearance and behavior of digital form reports.

User(s) who has been added in “Prepopulate Assigned User During Digital Form Creation” will be automatically assigned when the new digital form is created.
“Default Fields Element” allows to set default values for various templates in the digital form.
*Note: The first DateTime field on the left is a mandatory field that cannot be disabled but can be renamed.
“Custom Fields Settings” allows to add and configure custom fields for the digital form template. You can click on the “Custom Field Element” and edit it at the right side.

*Note: Each field element has a limit in number of the same field can be used in one category. There is also a limit on number of custom fields that can be added all-together in a category as can be seen on the Remaining Available Fields at section b.
“Product/Services Element” allows users to enable or disable specific fields for product/services such as descriptions and remarks.
Click on the field that you want to map with product/services field.
Click “Product Mapping”.
*Note: Product mapping is for prepopulating the field in the form upon creation of the form by the user(s). The mapping is done based off the Product Services field in the system.
Click on the field that you want to map with.
*Note: Only the fields with the same field element will be shown.
The mapping is done successfully.
“Product/Services Prepopulate Settings” allows users to prepopulate the prodouct/services into the form whenever it is created.
“Product/Services Disclaimers” allows users to add disclaimers related to product/services to appear in the digital form.

“Customer Feedback Settings” allows users to manage and configure feedback fields that can be added to digital form.

After done for the digital form template settings, click these icons to preview and save.
